We make each hat, one by one and we pay special attention to pattern placement. We have made thousands of sun hats throughout the past seven years! And our quality is unmatched.

All of sun hats also feature an original to us cord with a breakaway clasp for added safety. And the safety clasp was something that we came up with on our own after lots of trial and error and it is such a welcome addition.
