Hello! I am so happy you are here and reading the story how my small business started.

Little Golden Sun started the spring of 2017. I was on maternity leave with my first baby. I made him a tag blanket and they quickly became popular with some new friends I met at EarlyON. And before I knew it, a little hobby turned into a business. 

In April 2017, I wanted to start to make something unique to me, something I haven't seen before. I had an inquiry to make bucket hats and I found a pattern and I started making them.

I was beyond excited to be making a product, that was like no other. And to this day, I have yet to see a Bucket Hat comparable to the ones I make, in a big box store. 

Every hat is made by me, from start to finish.; from ordering the fabric, cutting, sewing it all together, taking photos, replying to messages and packaging orders. The paracord and breakaway clasps are unique to Little Golden Sun hats; no more hats flying off while running around, or bending over, or going down a slide, or whatever activity!

I hope you love your new bucket hat, as much as I loved creating it. 

This business is an absolute dream and I couldn't imagine doing anything else and I have you to thank.
